How a project runs

From sketch to handover, in five stages.

Our core capabilities: design & build, project and construction management, construction and interior fit-out, and renovation, additions & alterations.

Design

Mereka Studios plans the space with you, and Haiteku maps where network points, sensors and switches go.

02

Fabricate

Wood & Clan builds the carpentry in Kaki Bukit, or at volume in our China factory.

03

Build

Our own trades handle demolition, masonry, waterproofing, painting, electrical and plumbing, wired to the smart-home plan.

04

Integrate

Once the electrical works are done, Haiteku sets up and programs the network, security, lighting and climate.

05

Style & hand over

We source furniture, style the space and hand over a finished home, with remote smart-home support after handover.

Smart homes, planned before the walls close.

Haiteku works out where the network points, sensors and switches should go while your renovation is still on paper. Our trades wire to that plan, and Haiteku sets up and programs everything once the electrical works are done. Nothing gets added as an afterthought.
